Rogue Indy T-Bar Row

Along with our dedicated stand-alone Rogue T-Bar Row Machine Rogue T-Bar Row Machine, we’ve developed and built the Indy T-Bar Row as a new cost-effective system for the same type of training, offering comparable stability and functionality at half the overall footprint (36” x 24.3” vs. 76” x 39.75”). 

This elevated, inclined platform is manufactured in the USA and includes a 3×3” 11-gauge steel frame with formed-and-welded gussets and a pair of 7-gauge diamond-tread footplates. When used in combination with any standard barbell + a rack-mounted Rogue Landmine, the platform becomes a fully-functional independent T-Bar Row station, with built-in notches that securely hold the bar and keep the sleeves above the floor for easy loading and unloading of plates.
